We had a fantastic stay at this hotel with a wonderful location close to the city center and next to the international bus station and Yenikapi metro stop. the staff was extremely friendly and helpful like Gokhan Abi and Ahmet abi, and the room was very clean and comfortable. the breakfast on the rooftop was delightful with a stunning view. We also appreciated the convenient shuttle bus stop from the airport.
The hotel could improve the ventilation system as we felt the air was a bit stuffy in the room without windows.

During Christmas, I had the chance to stay at a hotel that had some great things to offer. the hotel room was very clean and tidy, which was a relief. the hotel had a good central location, making it easy to access key spots around the city. Lastly, the staff members were polite and friendly, which created a comfortable atmosphere.
There were a few things that could have been better. The breakfast offered wasn't very varied and didn't live up to expectations.

The complementary breakfast was delicious and the staff was friendly and helpful. the hotel's location was convenient, close to public transportation and shopping. We also enjoyed the gym, which was well-equipped and clean.
The surrounding area was sketchy and we felt unsafe walking around at night. the noise level was also quite high, as the walls were thin and we could hear other guests and people from the street.
